Thermal Transfer, Laser and Flexo Printing

In our production operations, we employ a diverse range of printing methodologies for the adornment of our products, as well as the accompanying packaging and labels. These technologies include hot stamping, thermal transfer printing, laser printing, and flexographic printing.

Among these, hot embossing printing deserves a special mention. This process is instrumental in the application of permanent data, such as measurement scales, corporate logos, CE certifications, and ingredient listings, onto the surfaces of the film containers that we fabricate.

Hot embossing requires the use of a metallic tool, the embossing cliché, which is designed to accurately replicate the textual and graphical elements intended for printing. The inks are situated on a specialized embossing foil. The actual printing is effectuated when the embossing plate exerts pressure on the embossing foil, pressing it against the surface of the film container. This is achieved through the application of heat and contact pressure over a specified duration. Consequently, the color pigments contained within the embossing foil are transferred onto the designated areas of the film container, achieving the desired print.
